TPD Lawyer Job Description

Withstand Lawyers is seeking a highly skilled TPD Lawyer to join our team and manage a practice focused on Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims. As a TPD Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling TPD claims from initial assessment to final resolution, providing expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Manage a portfolio of TPD claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and review legal documents, including submissions, client statements, particulars, and general correspondence.
  • Detail-Oriented: Maintain high attention to detail to ensure meticulous case handling and accurate documentation.
  • Compassion and Confidence: Provide empathetic support to clients and confidence in managing complex TPD claims.
  • Effective Communication: Liaise with clients, solicitors, insurers, and other relevant parties to effectively support claims.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in personal injury law, specifically in TPD claims.
  • Strong knowledge of TPD claims and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
