Product Management Opportunity

This position involves defining and prioritising product deliverables, translating customer requirements into actionable insights, and bringing the product vision to life through superior problem-solving ability, expertise in product management, and a working technical knowledge of AI/ML and its application into usable capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into product goals
  • Conduct user research, feedback sessions and data analysis to identify customer needs, pain points and opportunities
  • Define and document clear product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on business priorities, user needs and technical feasibility
  • Participate in Scrum Planning and Sprints, collaborating with development teams to assist in refining and estimating tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
  • Industry certifications or demonstrated expertise in product management, business analysis or a related field
  • Industry certifications or demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and working with software development and system integration teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical constraints with business priorities, informed both by your own technical expertise and the advice of others
  • Experience with product roadmap development and task management tools (e.g. Gitlab, Jira)
