Your Key Responsibilities

  • Laser Hair Removal and Skin Treatments: Deliver top-tier care to our clients, providing personalized treatment plans and recommending products tailored to their unique needs.
  • Consultations and Client Relationships: Conduct consultations to understand client requirements and build strong relationships to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Clinic Operations and Performance: Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of clinic operations and meeting performance expectations.

What You'll Need

  1. A Diploma in Beauty Therapy is required for this role.
  2. Proven Sales and Performance Track Record: Exceed individual sales targets and meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  3. Exceptional Communication Skills: Inspire, motivate, and build rapport with clients and colleagues through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Experience with Medical-Grade Devices: Preferred but not essential, experience with Candela Laser and Body Contouring devices is beneficial.
