We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate to cover 4 hours per week across 1 day, including either Saturdays or Sundays. If you have a background in retail, sales, or customer service and enjoy helping customers make informed purchasing decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product insight and engage customers through in-store personal shopping experiences and expert advice.
  • Assist with car seat consultations and support customer events for expectant parents.
  • Help customers choose baby gear (prams, cots, changing tables, outfits) and guide them through purchase decisions.
  • Contribute to a welcoming in-store environment and represent the brand in a positive, customer-focused manner.
Qualifications
  • Retail, sales, or customer service background preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
