About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Swim Instructor to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching classes to infants, children, and adults, and will work in a state-of-the-art, 5 Star pool environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instructing classes on how to swim to varying age groups;
  • Infant and baby instructors;
  • Some administrative duties;
  • Liaising with parents of children.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive. You will be patient, fun, and passionate about health and fitness, and want to make a real difference in the lives of our members.

Requirements:

  • Swim Instructor Qualifications;
  • Police check;
  • Senior First Aid;
  • Resuscitation Certificate.

  • Flexible hours and days are required for this role;
  • Proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required;
