Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the group, you will be responsible for creating engaging campaigns and content for artists across various social media platforms.

This role requires a deep understanding of content creation, marketing strategies, and distribution options to grow engaged audiences for artists. You will work closely with the team to develop and execute innovative content solutions that meet the needs of our artists and stakeholders.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of Adobe editing suites, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media and digital advertising platforms. Strong creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm are essential for this role, as well as superior relationship and communication skills, and excellent time management skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating compelling content for artists across all social, online, music and other relevant platforms
  • Providing administrative support to the team and assigned colleagues
  • Liaising with internal finance teams for invoicing and related items
  • Coordinating with International labels and artist teams
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Content creation and marketing, including creating shareable and engaging content, marketing assets, EDMs, and posting across social media channels
  • Developing the ability to analyze and optimize distribution options to grow engaged audiences for artists
  • Ensuring content is monetized and complies with operational requirements
  • Maintaining a balance between fan interest, content, and commercial interests
