Job Description

As a Sales Professional at our Bateau Bay store, you will have the opportunity to grow your long-term retail career by joining our dynamic team.

We are renowned for providing high-quality and timeless pieces of jewellery, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a hunger for results.

You will be responsible for creating professional and personalized service for our customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s), achieving set sales targets and KPIs, and completing in-house training to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures.

Our team members are known for creating an enjoyable and supportive working culture, and we recognize that everyone is unique and can make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding customer service experiences
  • Achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs
  • Working productively, individually and as part of a team
  • Completing operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills
  • A proven track record of achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work flexibly across our seven-day store roster
