Job Title: Administration Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to provide general support to our team, including directing phone calls and emails, drafting correspondence, and maintaining calendars.

As a key member of our team, you will assist staff as required and contribute to building a knowledge bank of responses to common member enquiries.

  • Maintain and update accurate and up-to-date information in the member database
  • Provide basic technical support to our team (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Update organisational social media accounts and website as directed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of computer literacy and ability to provide basic technical support
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Current NT Driver's License or equivalent

Working Conditions:

  • Casual $42.80/hour + Super
  • 16 - 25 hours/week
  • Available during business hours Tues - Thurs each week
