About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the supply support services associated with sustaining our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Conduct stocktaking, manage inventory movement, and account for Leidos assets and contractor-managed Commonwealth assets.
  • Requirements Determination: Identify the need to induct resources and procure non-resourced items.
  • Issuing and Receipting: Manage the issuing and receipting of items, including stock items and system kits.
  • Warehousing and Storage: Ensure the care and maintenance of allocated Commonwealth assets while in storage.
  • Stock Movement and Transportation: Arrange domestic and international freight, and manage stock movement within the warehouse.
  • Goods Inwards Receipt and Inspection: Inspect goods and raise non-conformance reports as necessary.
  • Support Program Progress Meetings: Prepare materials and support program progress meetings.
  • Health and Safety Representative: Act as the Health and Safety Representative for the nominated site.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship: Applicants must be an Australian citizen.
  • Security Clearance: Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) clearance.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Defence environment, managing spares, new parts stock management, and control, or relevant experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Skills: Experience with Military Integrated Logistics Systems (MILIS), Commonwealth Electronic Supply Chain Manual (ESCM), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Education: Relevant qualifications and training in logistics, inventory management, and health and safety.
