About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Trainer to join our team at Microsoft. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in educating employees from companies around the world on a range of Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality, instructor-led training sessions on Microsoft technologies, including Azure, AI, Data, and Security.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft's cloud computing solutions and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective training content.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our technical training content and programs.
• Represent Microsoft as a technology evangelist, promoting our solutions and services to customers, partners, and external communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in training, education, IT, cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, or computer technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in cloud computing concepts and solutions.
• Hold at least one advanced cloud-based certification.
• 4+ years of experience as a motivating communicator, able to help customers turn abstract concepts into reality.
• English, Cantonese, and Mandarin speaking skills are a must.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hold a current Certified Trainer qualification.
• Experience in conducting virtual or in-person classroom training related to technology.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Artificial Intelligence, DevOps, Cloud Architecture, Security, Data Platform Engineering, Data Science.
