This is an exciting opportunity to join a team looking after motor claims, fostering great relationships with customers and stakeholders.
You will ideally have experience in insurance claims or exceptional customer service skills. This role promotes our products and services through showcasing our values and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims in line with set procedures and policies.
- Provide exceptional operational and customer service experience for diverse stakeholders.
- Manage claims using external and internal specialists to achieve efficient settlement outcomes.
- Enhance your technical expertise through professional development and training.
About You:
- Previous experience within insurance claims or call centre/customer service.
- Strong customer service skills with a highly supportive approach.
- A passion for helping people in their time of need.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet customer needs.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to critically assess and analyse tasks.
