We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Services Coordinator to join our team. This role involves developing, implementing and maintaining successful disability support services in local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connecting with potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to increase the value of current customers and attract new ones.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for service delivery.
  • Selecting preferred options and providing information relating to those enquiries.
  • Negotiating services to be provided, including determining the budget for each support type and advising any relevant plan manager of the breakdown of funds.
  • Liaising with case managers to complete the transition to services.
  • FOLLOWING UP IN A TIMELY MANNER, ANY COMPLAINTS, PROBLEMS OR ISSUES THAT ARISE.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the NDIS and its requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in disability support or a related field.
