Disability Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Services Coordinator to join our team. This role involves developing, implementing and maintaining successful disability support services in local communities.
Key Responsibilities- Connecting with potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to increase the value of current customers and attract new ones.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for service delivery.
- Selecting preferred options and providing information relating to those enquiries.
- Negotiating services to be provided, including determining the budget for each support type and advising any relevant plan manager of the breakdown of funds.
- Liaising with case managers to complete the transition to services.
- FOLLOWING UP IN A TIMELY MANNER, ANY COMPLAINTS, PROBLEMS OR ISSUES THAT ARISE.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful difference in the lives of NDIS participants and their families.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the NDIS and its requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in disability support or a related field.
