This leadership opportunity exists to lead a team of staff and volunteers who share your passion for giving back to the community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a memorable customer experience, meeting sales targets, and training and supporting our dedicated team of volunteers.

We are a leading Not-For-Profit organisation that has been providing practical and compassionate support to people across Victoria for over 165 years.
Our services and programs include soup vans, education programs, home visitation programs, and VincentCare Victoria, which assists vulnerable communities.
About You
You have extensive retail experience and can channel your skills into directly contributing to the community.
Excellent communication skills, a 'Can Do' proactive attitude, and positive team spirit are essential requirements for this role.
