We are seeking an experienced Hotel Services Site Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and services to our clients. If you have a passion for aged care, a strong management background, and excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Hotel Services Site Manager at Clare and Jamestown Residential Care Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing food services, housekeeping, and maintenance staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes in customer service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading and managing food services, housekeeping, and maintenance staff to deliver responsive resident-focused care.
  • Collaborating with the Residential Services Manager to support the delivery of high-quality outcomes in customer service delivery.
  • Supporting the effective assessment, planning, delivery, and ongoing evaluation of hotel services.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a management related field – business, human services, or equivalent skills and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and management of people, including recruitment, performance management, change management, induction, and training.
  • High-level written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a range of people to establish collaborative and effective working relationships and networks.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.
