Warehouse Systems Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Systems Manager to lead our critical function in the Warehouse Systems group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of experts in Warehouse Management Systems and driving the delivery of complex solutions.

This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive business growth and improvement through strategic planning, effective stakeholder engagement, and strong relationship-building skills.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to accurately capture and document requirements, solution proposals, and costs. They will also have strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence people and make decisions to achieve a resolution.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Warehouse Management System specialists
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Display an organized and systematic approach to work with high attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems
  • 10+ years as a people manager of teams 10 +
  • Top-notch stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to accurately capture and document requirements, solution proposals, and costs
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence people and make decisions to achieve a resolution
