Enrolled Nurse Role

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the rehabilitation of patients with neurological conditions.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a key role in providing compassionate and holistic care to patients on an individualized basis, in accordance with their goals and needs. You will be part of a supportive and experienced leadership team that prioritizes the well-being of our patients and staff.

The successful candidate will have suitable qualifications for the level of applicant, professional registration with AHPRA, and demonstrated effective clinical communication skills. They will also possess a commitment to quality improvement, practice development, and evidence-based practice.

  • Providing holistic patient care within the inpatient rehabilitation setting.
  • Promoting the development of therapeutic relationships with the aim of facilitating the patient's rehabilitation goals.
  • Supporting the objectives and philosophy of the Nursing Service.
  • Contributing to the person's rehabilitation goals in accordance with Royal Rehab's vision, purpose, and values.
