The Role

Job Description

As a key player in our Asia strategy, you will cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships across the region to advance Compassion's mission. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with experience engaging church leaders across diverse theological and cultural contexts.

Developing and executing regional growth strategies in Asia, aligning with global vision and local contexts, is a core responsibility. Adaptability is also crucial as you'll need to adapt strategies to diverse church cultures, economic conditions, and ministry opportunities to expand Compassion's reach and impact.

Mentorship and equipping emerging and established Christian leaders are essential parts of this role, alongside modelling organisational values. Building and managing high-value relationships with churches, Christian movements, ministries, and philanthropic partners is also critical.
