Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
The role involves providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, meal preparation, and light house cleaning. You will also be required to transport clients to appointments and assist with shopping.
In addition to providing quality care, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support. This may involve developing and implementing individualised care plans, communicating with clients and their families, and contributing to a positive and respectful work environment.
