We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nursing Professional to fill the role of Nursing Unit Manager Level 1. The successful applicant will be responsible for fostering a culture of patient-focused care, providing strong leadership and supporting their team in delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with extensive post-registration clinical experience in the relevant specialty.
- Proven leadership and management capability, with experience in coaching, supporting, and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Strong commitment to patient-centred care, clinical governance, and continuous quality improvement.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving change and developing initiatives that improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
