About the Role

As a Trade Counter Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides customer service and support to engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing product information and quotes to customers
  • Picking and packing orders, maintaining shop floor displays, and ensuring accurate information is provided
  • Assisting with branch operations, including tidiness and safety
  • Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use a computer and learn new systems
  • A clean, valid driver's license and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
  • A commitment to developing your career, either locally, within our network, or at head office
