PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in vehicle transport, vehicle processing and storage, fleet conversions and dealer vehicle storage.

With over 35 years of experience, we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services with more than 25 depots across Australia.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to take on the position as a Casual Customer Service Officer. This role will be based at our National Head Office.

This role is the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, and you will liaise between staff, customers, dealers, and subcontractors to ensure that our customers receive timely and cost-effective service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from our internal and external customers and answer inquiries efficiently
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer service relationships
  • Ensure prompt and effective follow up and response to customers enquiries
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, research for alternative solutions, and escalate unresolved problems

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience (call centre, transport and logistics, dealership highly regarded)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Data entry skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
