About the Role

Ignite Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to join our team. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to execute large-scale projects and deliver innovative, tailored ICT solutions that meet specific needs.

As a Senior Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing ongoing support and guidance to our clients, ensuring they are empowered to effectively maintain and deliver cutting-edge scheme platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of directorate strategies, streamlining tasks to improve efficiency, and facilitating team meetings and managing team kanban boards.

You will also lead and guide a small team of officers and coordinators to ensure the successful execution of the branch's resourcing and costing, and serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders in the branch.

This role requires a strong administrative background, with experience implementing and maintaining governance frameworks at the business level. You will demonstrate leadership skills, efficient team management, and strong administrative skills, with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement directorate strategies
  • Streamline tasks to improve efficiency
  • Facilitate team meetings and manage team kanban boards
  • Lead and guide a small team of officers and coordinators
  • Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in PMO Program Analyst or PMO Analyst or similar
  • Experience implementing and maintaining governance frameworks at the business level
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and efficient team management
  • Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail
