We are hiring staff at all levels in our Transfer Pricing and International Tax teams, with a focus on advising multinational clients on international tax matters involving BEPS compliance, business model restructures, management of intangibles, mergers & acquisitions and cross-border deployments of capital.

**Responsibilities:

  • Research and manage various tax advisory assignments, including complex tax and structuring advice.
  • Assist clients with income tax compliance obligations and interactions with revenue authorities.
  • Participate in business development efforts, preparing marketing materials and participating in meetings with clients and proposals.
  • Manage multiple chargeable and non-chargeable projects of varying size and complexity.

**Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in law, accounting, economics and/or related major.
  • Big Four experience required.
  • Strong transfer pricing / international tax advisory experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian corporate income tax laws.

The successful candidates will be highly driven, self-starters, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as analytical minds and project management skills.
