Administrative Professional for Rural Health Centre

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to support the Director of our Rural Health Centre based in North Lismore. This is a full-time, fixed-term position until December 2026.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide high-level professional administrative support, ensuring day-to-day operational activities are delivered effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support and managing general operational tasks
  • Managing the director's calendar, appointments, and communications
  • Facilitating information flow, drafting meeting papers, reports, presentations, and providing secretariat services
  • Communicating with stakeholders, addressing concerns, and collaborating with team members to improve stakeholder relations
  • Planning and coordinating staff and stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, workshops, delegations, and events

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as sound negotiating skills, discretion, professionalism, and good judgment. You will also need experience working as an administrative professional or in a similar administrative role, including managing an executive's diary and travel.
