We are seeking friendly and reliable team members to support car park, concierge and valet services during the festive season. This is a great opportunity to shine

Genuine enjoyment in creating positive experiences for customers is essential. Whether you have worked in customer-facing roles before or you are ready to make your debut, we invite applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers.
  • Greet and assist customers on arrival and departure from the centre.
  • Support valet services by opening car doors and assisting guests as they exit their vehicles.
  • Safely park and handle customer vehicles with care and efficiency.
  • Maintain smooth traffic flow in the valet area.

You will play a key role in delivering premium valet services and ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and professional parking experience.

Requirements:
  • Hold a full open driver's licence.
  • Be available for shifts including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Confidently and safely drive and park both manual and automatic vehicles with care and precision.

This is a seasonal casual role offering opportunities across our Westfield destinations.
