Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams and delivering accurate and efficient engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead project teams and oversee the delivery of projects in accordance with established timelines and budgets.
  2. Develop and implement high-quality design and drafting outputs that meet project requirements.
  3. Ensure technical excellence and commercial viability across all projects, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
  4. Provide expert technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring timely completion of design and documentation tasks.
  5. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting environment, preferably as a senior engineer, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Professional registration as an engineer, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the profession.
  4. Excellent technical skills, with the ability to produce accurate and detailed design documentation.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Proven time management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage resources, delegate tasks, and prioritize workloads.
  7. Ongoing commitment to professional development through self-study, training, and seminars, maintaining Continual Professional Development (CPD) credentials.
