About Us

Job Description:

The Deli and Bakery Specialist is a key role within our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Fresh Food (Deli & Bakery) departments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed sales budgets and gross profit targets by driving initiatives to improve Gross Profit % and $ across all stores.
  • Ensure operational standards are met and exceeded with a focus on compliance.
  • Develop and deliver a product range that aligns with business objectives and review performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate trading terms and activation initiatives with suppliers.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within FMCG or retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen and supplier negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
