Job Overview

The Retail Sales Professional is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a dynamic retail environment. The role requires interacting with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to customers by utilizing effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures, including inventory control and shortage prevention measures.
  • Collaborate with Management to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that enhance sales performance.
  • Support team members in daily retail operations, including point-of-sale system management and stock replenishment activities.
  • Develop product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Senior Secondary School year 12 / High School Certificate preferred.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
