About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Equipment Technician to join our team. As an Industrial Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Your primary focus will be on rebuilding and overhauling pumps and valves, performing bearing changes and mechanical fault diagnostics, routine inspections and preventative maintenance, servicing gearboxes and rotating equipment, and working collaboratively with team members to execute tasks safely and efficiently.

Successful candidates will have trade qualifications in Mechanical Fitting and previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably with valves, pumps, gearboxes or similar mechanical systems. Forklift Licence, Dogging Licence, Elevated Work Platform Licence and Driver's license are also desirable.

We offer a competitive salary package of $102,897 + super, overtime opportunities to increase your home pay by $22,500 per year, as well as fantastic benefits including a $2,500 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance negotiable for the right candidate, all the tools you need to thrive including Milwaukee tools, phone allowance, personal protective equipment, paid half-hour lunch break every day, professional development, upskilling and ticketing opportunities, career progression pathways into management or leadership roles.
