As a Night Fill Team Member at Woolworths Supermarkets, you will play a vital role in restocking our shelves and ensuring our customers have a great shopping experience. You will work in the afternoons or evenings, using store equipment such as pallet jacks and cutting tools to support you in delivering a great offer to our customers.

Woolworths is offering seasonal casual employment to support our stores during our busiest time, which is typically October to February. You will be offered work as required by us during this period. It is not expected that we will continue to offer you shifts after this time.

As a Night Fill Team Member, you will be part of a team that is passionate about providing great customer service and making a tangible difference in our communities. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow with the company, working in a fun and supportive environment.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Restocking shelves and ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers
  • Using store equipment such as pallet jacks and cutting tools to support you in delivering a great offer to our customers
  • Working in a team environment to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Providing great customer service and responding to customer queries
