About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our Education & Training team at MTC Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and building a portfolio of accounts, driving performance and customer referrals in our government funded programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain exclusive partnerships with referring agencies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure monthly referral KPIs for all programs are met or exceeded through effective account management.
  • Log promotional and marketing activities on MTC's CRM to track and analyze results.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on new trends and ensure MTC's programs are aligned with changes in the labour market and employment services sector.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify training gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Actively engage and support Local Jobs Program Facilitators to build MTC's network and promote opportunities to stakeholders across specific contract regions.
  • Engage with local employers to scope out opportunities to develop pre-employment offerings.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Employment Services sector or related industry.
  • Proven success in sales, account management, or business development roles within a B2B service environment.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on negotiating, persuading, and influencing others.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MTC's government funded programs and contracts.
  • Innovative solutions approach.
