We are seeking a finance leader to join our executive team and play a pivotal role in scaling world-class research and landscape restoration initiatives.

As CFO, you will be an integral member of the leadership team, working directly with the CEO and Board to deliver ambitious strategic goals that drive environmental transformation.

Our mission is to help landholders restore natural landscape function, rebuild soil health, and create sustainable farming systems that benefit both environment and economy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies that support business growth and sustainability
  • Leading the finance team and ensuring effective budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives

Requirements:

  • Formal tertiary qualifications in accounting, preferably CPA or CA
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience as CFO, preferably including not-for-profit sector experience
