About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Specialist to join our Ventures team at Medibank. As a key member of our health and wellbeing Hub, you will play a critical role in reinventing workplace health and wellbeing for working Australians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Hub Health Lead to design, develop, launch, and evaluate new corporate health products and services.
  • Assist in appraising proposals from external organisations and assess alignment with the Hub's key objectives.
  • Contribute to growing the health and wellbeing product and service library in key health priority areas.
  • Support product and service clinical governance processes.
  • Develop processes and structure to deliver multiple initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with industry experts, clinicians, and the Medibank Group to develop engaging health content for the Hubs app.
  • Work with the Analytics team to develop work requests for data extracts and analysis to understand health product and service impact.
  • Drive an understanding of the health of working Australians through sharing insights from self-reported health measures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in healthcare settings, preferably with experience in health promotion, health behaviour change, digital health, health service design and delivery, evaluation, behaviour change, health content delivery, and/or clinical care.
  • Qualification in a health-related degree.
  • A sharp eye for analytics and understanding of key trends related to customer experience and health outcomes.
  • Strong communication and influence skills to navigate stakeholders at all levels.
