We are seeking a compassionate and inspiring Centre Manager to join our team at Niño Early Learning Adventures Ivanhoe.
About the Role
The Centre Manager will be responsible for managing daily operational tasks, including rostering, presentation, programming, marketing, events and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the effectiveness of the centre with regards to the health and well-being of the children and staff
- Work closely with internal & external teams and community groups to develop children's and parent education for lifelong learning for children
- Maintain documents and records in accordance with Centre Policies and licensing Regulations
- Assist the centre to keep the QIP active and updated
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager
- Experience working with children & families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- Experience developing and managing staff rosters, working with centre budget
- Solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages; proficiency in the use of QIKKIDS and Time Target, or similar systems
