About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store, including:

  • Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer-facing to our back-of-house.
  • Providing a high level of customer service standards, including pre, during, and post-sale.
  • Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.

About You

  • You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
  • You are enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated.
  • You have a customer focus and are result-driven.
  • You can communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
