About the Role

We are looking for a talented Property Manager who can effectively manage a diverse range of residential properties, providing exceptional service to clients while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth communication and conflict resolution
  • Conducting outgoing and routine inspections to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Preparing and attending QCAT tribunals to represent our clients' interests

Requirements

  • A current Real Estate Certificate
