Parkville EMR Business Operations Manager

As a key member of the Parkville Electronic Medical Record (EMR) team, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial management services to support the EMR service.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in financial data.

This position requires strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead joint budgeting processes for the EMR across the precinct;
  • Coordinate and action finance activities and plans for the Parkville EMR service;
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification;
  • Meticulous organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise work and attention to detail;
  • Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies;
  • Ability to achieve work deadlines, prioritise workload and competing demands;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex cost-sharing and funding arrangements across multiple stakeholders;
