Speech Pathologist Opportunity

We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants annually with care they need, when and where it is needed.

We adopt a multi-disciplinary team approach, building quality support services around needs and goals of our participants and their families. Our goal is to provide life-changing support that improves independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing.

We welcome Speech Pathologists of all experience levels who enjoy flexibility of working in various settings, including clinics and community.

Job Description

  • Deliver essential speech pathology services to enhance participants' quality of life
  • Visit participants in community, including their homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities
  • Use clinical observations and standardized assessments to interpret findings and set treatment goals
  • Participate in monthly peer supervision with mentors and staff
  • Collaborate with our wider multi-disciplinary team including OTs, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Possession of skills for team collaboration
  • Demonstrated passion for contributing to community
