Pharmacist Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position for an experienced Pharmacist Manager, offering a consistent Monday to Friday roster of 37.5+ hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will bring at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role, demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a skilled team in a dynamic pharmacy environment.
  • Manage a medium-paced dispensary alongside a dedicated team of seven staff members.
  • Drive business growth while maintaining high service standards and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registered Pharmacist with Australian working rights.
  • 2-3+ years in a managerial or senior pharmacist role.
  • Confident in leading a team and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in forward dispensing and workflow management.
