Job Title: Senior Estimating Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimating Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and managing project tenders while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure accurate estimates and smooth procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage tender submissions including undertaking quantity take-offs.
- Critically analyse tender documents and provide BoQ.
- Accurately assess plans and take off.
- Lead the estimating team with reviewing and assessing Post Tender Clarifications.
- Develop proposals for waterproofing systems based on design documents.
Requirements:
- Estimate projects in accordance with company requirements.
- Prepare estimates with concise budgeted materials and labour hours.
- Review incoming work and assessment of works.
- Implement Estimating Procedures to the estimating team.
