Chief Quality and Continuous Improvement Strategist

The Quality and Continuous Improvement Leader will be responsible for executing customer-facing quality activities, reacting to customer quality issues through robust problem-solving initiatives. The individual must ensure alignment with global or hub quality & CI strategies and adherence to relevant processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic actions to improve quality across the entire value chain.
• Manage global quality processes within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Drive quality-related certification activities, internal or external audits to maintain quality management systems.
• Deliver overall quality objectives and targets.
Requirements:
• Establish process performance indicators.
• Implement effective internal controls to verify processes meet customer and stakeholder expectations.
• Analyze process indicators continuously and address deviations from expectations.
