Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Trade Assistant/HR Truck Driver to join our team at our Yatala workshop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing vital support to our Service Technicians, while also ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside our Service Technicians to perform minor repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on a range of agricultural equipment.
  • Conduct general tidy-up and maintenance of the workshop, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Operate a forklift to move equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Assist with pre-delivery setup and inspection of new equipment.
  • Load and unload equipment safely, adhering to company and statutory WH&S requirements.
  • Maintain a high standard of vehicle presentation and navigate efficiently throughout the local and surrounding areas.
Requirements
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience in a similar position.
  • Current and valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence.
  • Current and valid Forklift licence.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability, with a great attitude.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiastic attitude towards safety and procedures.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be an integral part of our workshop.
