About the Role
  • Contribute to the success of our store by achieving sales targets and KPIs;
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences;
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service excellence, providing accurate information on products and services;
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented store environment, ensuring shelving is stocked and store standards are met;
  • Show flexibility and reliability in meeting shift commitments, including working across a 7-day roster.
About You

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who shares our passion for delivering outstanding customer service. If you have existing retail experience, can multitask and prioritize effectively, and enjoy building relationships with customers, we want to hear from you.

  • Be a proactive and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a 'customer comes first' attitude;
  • Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers and enjoy working towards targets;
  • Have a genuine passion for the motorcycle industry and be eager to learn and grow;
  • Be available to work over the Christmas/New Year period.
