Store Representative

We are seeking a friendly and approachable individual to join our team as a store representative. As a store representative, you will be the face of our business and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.
About the RoleThis is an entry-level position that involves performing a variety of tasks throughout the store, including stocking shelves, displaying products, and assisting customers with their queries. You will work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome customers, offering assistance and guidance as needed
- Restock shelves and maintain a tidy store environment
- Process online orders and ensure timely delivery
- Assist customers with product information and make recommendations where possible
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. You will also need to be flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
