About the Role:

We are seeking a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Seed Heritage. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning.
  • Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style.
  • A can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management, and in-store fulfillment.
  • A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of Seed Heritage.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Full availability to work throughout October-January, including extended trade, weekends, and public holidays.
