The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful delivery of substation and renewable energy projects. This individual will provide end-to-end project management and technical leadership during the project life cycle, ensuring successful project outcomes that contribute to Australia's renewable energy future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management and technical leadership for the delivery of substation and renewable energy projects
- Manage a dynamic project team to achieve profitability targets through effective time, cost, and quality management
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years civil project management experience, including substantial experience with bulk earthworks
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage a team
- Strong business and commercial acumen, including contract management experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering highly regarded
- Ability to travel between NSW & QLD as required
