About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Staff Full Stack Developer to join our team at The Drive Group. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering to design and develop a data-driven platform that powers our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Scalable Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and design a scalable, secure, and high-performance platform architecture.
  • Develop Frontend and Backend Services: Develop the platform using React for frontend and Python/Django for backend services.
  • Data Storage Solutions: Work with PostgreSQL to build efficient, reliable, and scalable data storage solutions.
  • Cloud-Native Applications: Leverage AWS for deploying and managing cloud-native applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven expertise in solution design and architecture, with 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Tech Stack: Proficiency in React, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
  • Dynamic Approach: Dynamic and proactive approach, thriving in fast-paced startup settings.
  • Data-Driven Products: Experience building Data-driven or Machine Learning products is highly desirable.
