We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpenter to join our dynamic team in Coogee NSW 2034. As a leading force in the construction industry, Orosi Construction Pty Ltd specialises in residential, commercial and industrial projects.
About the Role- This is an opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio marked by precision and client satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for reading blueprints, drawings and sketches to understand material and construction requirements.
- Determine all materials needed for each job and take measurements to calculate their size and amount.
- Cut and shape building materials according to measurements and build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings.
- Lay out floorings, roofing or drywalls ensuring they are levelled and compatible.
- Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance, and build scaffolding and other construction structures.
- Relevant qualification and at least 2 years work experience.
- Able to cope with the physical demands of the job and enjoy practical work.
- Good sense of balance and ability to work at heights, good at mathematics and good health and eyesight.
- Able to work as part of a team and make good decisions.
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
