Dynamic Sales and Service Professional Wanted

Are you passionate about sales and building strong customer relationships? We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant in Launceston TAS.
We offer comprehensive training with no prior experience needed. You will have the opportunity to work in a fun and supportive environment, with a generous team member discount program and performance-based profit share incentives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
- Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
- Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
- Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
- A strong attention to detail
