Job Description

Are you passionate about sports and recreational activities? This role involves delivering sports programs in designated areas, focusing on after-school coaching sessions that promote a happy and healthy future for children. You will spend most time outdoors, teaching the fundamentals of various sports, and making a positive impact on young lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Love working with kids and have a playful approach to your work.
  • Be sporty, enthusiastic, and able to create a fun coaching environment that encourages kids of all abilities to participate.
  • Be an excellent communicator who can connect with kids one minute and engage professionally with parents, caregivers, school personnel, and colleagues the next.
  • Be responsible, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative to adapt to challenges that each day brings.
  • Care about your community and want to help kids develop a lifelong love of sports.
  • Have at least a restricted driver's license and access to a vehicle to transport equipment.
